Me, the Mrs, and out 2 grandkids (6 and 2) dropped in for sushi (the 6 yr old loves it). Ordered pork dumplings (served fresh and very hot), sushi and sashimi platter, California roll, and a side of plain udon noodles (for the 2 yr old). Excellent preparation and presentation on all accounts. Shame they don't have any kid-oriented menu items but we made it up as we went. Server was a really great young man, interacted well with the kids and attentive, though we did have to catch him for the glass of wine ordered. The place is in a near-shopping center spot in busy tourist spot, easy to miss and not very large. Well worth the visit.

A very nice restaurant, clean, modern, delicious food with good service. All the rolls were very well prepared, ingredients were fresh and light. Rice was superb. My palate was left wanting more. A nice quiet place to have a delicious meal. Will definitely go back there again.

My son and I shared the chicken and steak hibachi. The miso soup and salad were amazing. The sauce for the hibachi was light but flavorful. We had the lion king roll and I had the Soya Tempura roll (not fried) and it was enough food for both of us. My son also got the crab stick nigiri. Everything was so good and fresh!

My friend and I visited Soya Sushi Bar while waiting for a table at another nearby restaurant. Since the wait was about 45 minutes, we decided to come in as sushi was our second choice and the space appeared less busy. Unfortunately, the service started off poorly. Our server, Hayden, was noticeably standoffish from the beginning—no introduction, rushed ordering, and an overall dismissive tone. The interaction felt transactional rather than welcoming. I ordered the Bamboo cocktail, which was extremely sour and not well balanced. When I politely asked to switch to my original choice, the Apple Sake, his response carried visible attitude, as though the request was an inconvenience. The experience continued to decline when the mochi we ordered was not properly explained, leading to confusion and ultimately us sending it back. At that point, the lack of communication and service quality became too apparent to ignore. Thankfully, the atmosphere improved when Jacob took over. He was attentive, professional, and brought a much more positive energy to the table. I walk in to order the food and wait for carry out , 1 item for vegetables yakisoba $17.00, the bill was $19.04 included tax and TAKE OUT FEE $3.00 , total was $22.04 Wow I am glad I did not get charged for waiting area fee. Thank you very much. The food taste it okay but overall not worthy.
